Please contact Customer Service via our customer service page to change your reservation.
- I need to cancel my reservation.
You can cancel your reservation online any time before 4pm, 24 hours prior to arrival date. You can also call us at 845-689-0095 during 10am to 7pm EST.
- I lost my confirmation, or I never received the email.
Please go to the Customer Service page and fill out the reservation receipt form. You should receive the confirmation within a few minutes. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check the Spam folder in your email to ensure that your confirmation email was not auto-filtered to that folder.
- I need directions to the hotel. Directions are provided on your reservation receipt. If you need another copy of your reservation receipt, please contact customer service.
