PVD, you have a lot of pluses:

- One terminal, with simple drop-off and pick-up.
- No Airport Gestapo like in Boston, where the flashing lights and angry police horn are on you if you stop your car for five seconds.
- Clean, green, modern, and well-lit, with comfortable gate-side waiting areas.
- No security line at all, though the checkpoint appears to have a ton of capacity.  At the time I entered the terminal (about 9am on a Thursday morning), there were more TSA people than passengers in the building.

On-site Providence Airport parking is reasonably priced if you choose to go with that. But, really, why would you? The thing, of course, is a hotel and parking package, and there are several nice Providence Airport hotels listed for that option.

I just refuse to fly regional airlines, and unfortunately TF Green is heavy on the regionals. That said, there are non-regional options, especially on some of the airlines that have a bigger presence, such as US Airways. And of course, there is Southwest, which doesn't use regional carriers. Yay! Tickets out of TF Green can sometimes be pricier than Logan, but it is usually negligible once you tally up the pain and expense of actually going to Logan. There are so many upsides to TF Green - oh, and for those picking up passengers, they have a new Cell Phone Lot on Post Road. Yay, again.
