I selected this location out of a preference for Holiday Inn Express and the location close to the airport. I have expectations for this brand and not only did this location meet them but they exceeded them. The front desk staff made sure we were checked in, advised us on the best solution for returning our rental car, made sure we were on the airport shuttle the next morning, and placed an order for our dinner. After a day of travel and sight seeing, we wanted to simply rest and the staff made sure that we could. The room was clean, comfortable, and well furnished. The entire property was clean and clearly maintained. When we are in the area in the future, I will definitely consider this location.

Greeted upon arrival by friendly desk clerk. Shuttle drivers are friendly as are the housekeeping staff. Any requests I have made are promptly taken care of. I especially enjoy the comfort of the guest room bed after traveling all day by plane. I have recommended this hotel to others who have also stayed there.

Halls and room had a very strange smell. Thermostat was not well connected to wall and was very touchy. Toilet seat was in terrible shape with exposed areas where finish was gone, very unhygienic. Bath stopper didn't work. Room and food prices have skyrocketed at this location without justification...
